SVG vs PNG for Logos – When to Use Each

SVG is a vector format: shapes stay sharp at any size. Use it for websites, print, apparel, and Figma/Illustrator edits.

PNG is a raster format with transparency. Use it for social avatars, email signatures, slide decks, and places that reject SVG.

Best practice: keep SVG as the source of truth, then export PNGs at 512 / 1024 / 2048 for common placements.

In PixelsKits you can download both from the same design session — without uploading files to a cloud converter.
